Cause

This indicates a connectivity issue between the server and the Storage Platform.

Solution

1. Ensure you have added all the recommended antivirus exclusions listed here.

2. Allow the IP ranges listed here. Run a connection test to see if these ranges and ports are open for backup and recovery.

3. Retry the backup.
