Redstor's Support Bundle Tool for ESE assists you in troubleshooting a backup issue by automatically gathering the logs and settings files that will be useful in a support call. The tool then copies these files to a single directory and compresses them into a zip file that you can send to Redstor's Support team.

Please note: This tool only works on Windows machines.
To use the tool:
- Open an elevated command prompt and navigate to your install directory. By default on windows this is C:\Program Files\Redstor Pro\Backup Client ESE.
- Run the following command:
PowerShell.exe –ExecutionPolicy Bypass –file .\Support-Bundle.ps1
- Enter a name for your zip file and wait for the script to complete (this may take a few minutes).
- If your resulting file is 7MB or smaller in size, email the file directly to our Support team (contact details below). If your file is greater than 7MB in size, contact our Support team for an upload location.
