The contents of your file(s) have not changed, only attributes such as Last Modified or Change Time, and as such only these have been backed up. This should not cause any problems.

A file or folder was deleted between the time of the agent building the list of all files, and the time of traversing (processing) the files. As a result, the agent is attempting to obtain the ownership and permissions metadata on a deleted file. Please check your service_errors.log.
