Redstor's Cloud to Cloud service gives you the ability to backup and restore data from cloud applications like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Salesforce through our easy-to-use web app called the RedApp.
The Data Management Agent is our desktop application that you use to manage your machine, VM and server backups, and to initiate recoveries. Each Agent is linked to a specific Account. We recommend using the Enterprise Server Edition (ESE) of our Agent.

You can host your data in your own data centre, or you can make use of Redstor’s managed Storage Platform. A Storage Platform consists of an AccountServer that is connected to StorageServers. The AccountServer manages authentication and reporting, while the StorageServers house your encrypted, backed-up data. You can also set up a MirrorServer to house an additional copy of all the data on your StorageServer.
The way to access a Storage Platform is through the desktop Storage Platform Console. The Console functions as the user interface for the Storage Platform and is used to manage the entire backup environment. Your system administrator will have access to all your Accounts. The administrator can, for example, modify the space allocated to each Account.
