1127 - SP Console error: the underlying connection was closed

Symptom

On trying to connect to Redstor's Storage Platform, the Storage Platform Console displays the following error message:

Cause

The Redstor Storage Platform has been set to block SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. 

Solution

Upgrade to v18.7 or later. 

• In the Console, click the Install Update button at the top right. (This button appears whenever a new version of the Console is available.)

• In the dialog box that appears, click Install update.

If you do not see the Install Update button in your Console, you can also download an updated installer from our Downloads page, or via your reseller.  

Should the error messages persist after updating, please contact Redstor Support.
