Symptom
After searching for a user within a Google Workspace backup set, it is not possible to click on a search result or expand its menu to view the backup dates. Instead, you are looped back to same screen whenever an action is attempted.
Workaround
This is a known issue which our developers are investigating.
Currently, the workaround is to manually locate the user/s you want to recover, instead of using the search function. The issue does not present when recovering user/s directly from the backup set home page, which means your ability to recover your data is not affected.
