Step 2: Configure integration in the RedApp
1. Log into the RedApp and go to Settings > ConnectWise Integration.
2. Enter the ConnectWise PSA site URL, the company name (ID), and the public and private API keys as generated in Step 1 above. Then click on Test Connection to ensure the API credentials are correct.
3. You will see a notification if the test is successful. You can then click Save connection at the top right to enable the integration.
4. In the Company Mapping tab, map the companies by using the drop-down menus.
5. In the Ticket Creation tab, you can set up tickets to be created, e.g. whenever a new customer is added in the RedApp. You can choose a default service board, and update the alerts you would like to use. Ensure these are enabled using the slider buttons in the column to the right.
