The Marketplace in the RedApp allows you and your customers to discover and instantly trial one or more products. Partners have the option to add paid editions directly to their cart, while customers can request an upgrade to a paid edition through their partner at any time with just a few clicks. For more on RedApp product trials, see Article 1438.
Note: The RedApp Marketplace is only available to partners on the new pricing plan. If you are still on the legacy pricing plan, please speak to your account manager about upgrading.

Using the Marketplace as a partner
To access the Marketplace, you will need to be a company administrator for your organisation.
Partners can use the Marketplace to add products for their own organisation, but not for their customers. As a partner administrator, you will receive in-app notifications when your customers add product trials or request upgrades through the Marketplace.
To add products for your own organisation, simply click Add for each product you want to trial or purchase. You can add as many products as you like.
You will need to specify which edition of the product you would like. Choose Premium to purchase the paid edition, or Trial to try out the product first. Click Add to confirm your choice.
Once you are happy with your selection of products, click Confirm to proceed.
Using the Marketplace as a customer
End customers can use the Marketplace to add products for their organisation. To access the Marketplace, you will need to be a company administrator for your organisation.
To add products to your basket, simply click Add for each product you want to trial. You can add as many products as you like.
The trial edition will be selected by default, as paid editions cannot be purchased directly by end customers. Click Add to proceed.
Once you are happy with your selection of products, click Confirm to proceed.
If, at any point during a trial, you would like to upgrade to a premium edition, you can do so from your company dashboard. A notification will be shown at the top of the page to indicate the progress of your trial/s.
- To upgrade all trial products to the paid versions, click the blue Upgrade button at the top right.
- To upgrade one product to a paid version, hover over the notification and click Upgrade for the relevant product.
An upgrade request notification will then be sent to the relevant partner.
