From time to time, Redstor's service may become disconnected from Xero unexpectedly, preventing backups from being performed. In such cases, the connection status for the backup set will show as "Disconnected" on the Overview tile.
To resolve this, click on Connect to Xero and re-authenticate with your Xero admin credentials. You may also need to action an email sent by Xero to the admin email address.
While we are working on measures to counteract this, we recommend checking the connection status of your backup set regularly to ensure that it is still connected.
