To remove a mirrored Account, you can either manually delete its folders or run a DeleteMirroredAccounts task on the MirrorServer. To do the latter:
- Determine the GUID of the StorageServer from which the Account was mirrored:
- Browse to the settings.txt file of one of the mirrored Accounts on the MirrorServer, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Redstor Backup Pro\SS_Service\Data\9ea13f01-d6ff-4a3d-8971-8f7a81d0d570, and look for the entry HomeServerGuid=f9a36e15-ec3e-4a8b-aec6-f78303022e48.
- Alternatively, browse to the StorageServer’s settings.xml file, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Redstor Backup Pro\SS_Service, and look for the entry <ServerGuid>f9a36e15-ec3e-4a8b-aec6-f78303022e48</ServerGuid>
- Create a text file with the extension .DeleteMirroredAccounts, e.g. test.DeleteMirroredAccounts.
- Add into the text file ServerGUID={the StorageServer GUID}, where the GUID is the one retrieved in Step 1 (i.e.
ServerGUID= f9a36e15-ec3e-4a8b-aec6-f78303022e48 in this example). - Save the file and drop it into the TaskQueue folder on the MirrorServer, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Redstor Backup Pro\SS_Service\TaskQueue.
