We’re making an important change to our ticket submission process to provide you with a more efficient and streamlined experience. From 3 April 2023 we will no longer accept support tickets logged via email, and will instead use our web-based ticket submission form on the Support Portal.
This change will bring several benefits, such as improved tracking and management of your tickets, and we’re confident that the new web form will provide a better experience for you.
To access the new web form, simply log into your Support Portal account and click on Submit a ticket at the top right.
You can try out our new ticket logging process today by logging a test ticket with the subject line "Testing Support Portal". We will respond to confirm that the ticket was successfully submitted and answer any questions you may have.
