You can customise which topics on the Support Portal you want to receive email notifications about. To receive updates, simply follow the relevant section or article by clicking the blue Follow button at the top right.
Following a section
The Support Portal home page is divided into sections. You can follow any section by opening it and clicking Follow.
You will receive an email every time a new article is published in this section.
We recommend that all customers follow the Service Status section, as this serves as a notice board where we post important announcements relating to service disruptions and known issues.
Following an article
To follow an article, e.g. Redstor Network Requirements, open its page and click Follow. You will receive an email any time changes are made to this article.
