In order to provide more effective communication to our partners and customers, we have introduced two status boards on our Support Portal.
- The Service Status board is where we post details about outages or issues which may affect the performance of the Redstor platform. Details of routine maintenance windows are also provided.
- The Notifications board is where we post important announcements and updates regarding technical matters, including remedial actions (if known) that you can take.
To get updates as they happen, be sure to follow both of these boards. You can do this by opening each board from the home page and clicking the Follow button at the top right.
