1. Our new customer dashboard allows you to see information about all your protected customers at the same time. Metrics include:
- Total data protected
- Customers with the largest amounts of data
- Percentage of backups that have succeeded, failed, been missed, or encountered errors
- How their total protected data has grown in a month or year
- Comparison between two customers’ data growth
- How many files in how many companies may be at risk of malware infection
