Storage Platform Console
1. The HSMEnabled setting is no longer inherited when a new group/collection is created. The setting is now disabled by default, and must be explicitly enabled in order to use HSM.
2. We now log the BackupLayout path in an error message if it cannot be loaded when rebuilding the DataIndex.
3. The various group types are now shown with differently coloured icons for easy distinction.
