RedApp
- We are pleased to announce that you can now restore an entire Exchange mailbox (including emails, contacts and calendar) or a single mail item in .pst format. This convenient portable format makes it quick and easy to move mail data in a recovery scenario.
- We have added support for Google shared drives to the Redstor web app! Shared drives give businesses and educational institutions a central location for their teams to store, access, and search files.
- You can now also restore single items in Google Drive.
-
We've enhanced your browsing experience by adding infinity scroll, which loads the components as you traverse them.
- For example, you won't have to wait for all the accounts in a backup set to load before you can view any of them. This makes browsing through large numbers of accounts much easier.
-
Our setup experience for Google Workspace backups is now faster and more intuitive.
- You will also no longer see a warning in your browser when you add your first backup selection.
-
We have made some updates to the Machines overview dashboard, including:
- A new Data growth chart showing the size of your selected vs unselected data over time.
Please note that this is available only if Insight is enabled on ESE and scans have run. - An improved Data protected (last backup) chart, with separate axes for the protected data and the number of accounts.
- In addition, charts that do not have any relevant data will now display empty states.
- When your session is about to expire, a dialog will appear with options to either stay logged in (and extend the session) or to sign out.
- We now persist table column selections, which means your selection looks the same whenever you sign in.
- A new Data growth chart showing the size of your selected vs unselected data over time.
- Classic collection admin users who did not sign up via Redstor's marketplace are now able to see their collections displayed in the Redstor web app as they would in the Storage Platform Console. These can be found in the Machines section.
- You can now get help with backup set creation or recoveries by consulting our support chatbot.
- To initiate a conversation, go to Help > Chat to RedBot.
- There is also the option to switch to live chat, where you will be assisted by a Redstor support technician in real time.
-
You can now search for specific items on the InstantData recovery page.
