Enterprise Server Edition
Two additional options have been added to Options > Insight.
- Show/hide the Scan button
- Show/hide Insight logs in the Logs tab
If a backup fails due to a VSS issue, the relevant Windows event logs will now be captured and included in the Agent backup logs.
From v20.1, .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later is required for Storage Platform upgrades
- The Storage Platform installer will check if the minimum version is installed before proceeding.
- If at least v4.7.2 is not installed, the user will be redirected to the appropriate Microsoft download page.

The Backups & Roll-ups column label in the Account view of the Console has been renamed to Restore Points.

Cloud to Cloud
A Collection of cloud backup sets can now have multiple Collection administrators.
It is now possible to search your mailboxes by email address or by account name.
The About dialog now distinguishes clearly between the the Web API and Web App versions.
Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (including R2) on 14 January 2020. In keeping with this, Redstor will no longer offer support for these OS versions. For more information, please see these announcements from Microsoft:
