Our Florida operation is experiencing disruptions due to severe weather conditions. Customers may encounter slower response times in email/ticket response.
During this time, Product Support will be carried out by our EMEA Technical Support Team during EMEA hours (8am – 5.30pm GMT+1). Severity-1 issues will be handled by our EMEA on-call team, requiring a logged ticket and a phone call for escalation.
