Due to the impacts of storm 'Milton', our Florida operation is experiencing temporary disruptions. Customers may encounter slower response times or temporary delays in email/ticket response.
During this disruption, Product Support will be carried out by our EMEA Technical Support Team during EMEA hours (8am – 5.30pm GMT+1). Severity 1 issues will be handled by our EMEA on-call team, requiring a logged ticket and a phone call for escalation.
