Occasionally, it might be necessary to change the ownership of a Cloud Drive Folder. For example, if an employee leaves the organisation and responsibility for the data contained in the folder changes hands, then it is appropriate to also change ownership. By doing so the folder will automatically appear in the new owner's Cloud Drive namespace.
Step 1. Launch the Administrator Interface.
Changing ownership is an administrator task and therefore has to be performed by a user with the Administrator Read/Write role.
Step 2. Select the Cloud Drive Folder
From the Cloud Drive Folder menu item of the Administrator interface, locate and select the appropriate folder.
Step 3. Edit the Cloud Drive Folder properties
Having highlighted the appropriate folder, select the edit menu option from the tool bar. This will launch a pop-up window that contains the folder's settings, which should be highlighted. Using the drop-down menu field, select the local or Domain User filter and then locate the required username by either typing it in the field or using the list option indicated by an ellipsis (...)
