When viewing the Redstor Online Backup Plus Client or Cloud Management Console, you may see some of your backup sessions marked with a letter in brackets, such as (L). These are called Session Flags and are there to provide additional information regarding individual backup sessions.
Flags that you may encounter are listed below:
(L) - LocalStorage - This indicates that this backup session is located on your LocalSpeedVault and is yet to synchronise to the cloud.*
(A) - Archive - This indicates that this backup session is marked as an archive session and is not cleaned off the platform when it's standard retention should expire it. These session can be removed by going to Preferences->Archiving->Cleanup.
(C) - Cleaned - This session has been cleaned off the platform due to the session being out of retention and is no longer available to be restored.
(FC) or (F) - Force Cleaned - This session has been cleaned off the platform via the Backup Client by an End User before it's retention was up. It is now unable to be restored.
*If you are experiencing (L) flags and do not have a LocalSpeedVault, please log a ticket with email@example.com. If you are using a LocalSpeedVault, but the status of the SpeedVault is Synchronised and you have (L) flags, please also log a ticket.
