The Redstor Online Backup Plus client uses local storage for certain items which it requires to function, these default to the C drive. When there is limited C you may need to reduce or move some of these locations.
The 2 locations that may use more than a few MB of space are the register and the logs. If you have any space issues please run through the below first, and contact firstname.lastname@example.org if required.
Debug logging can take up a lot of space if left enabled. If you have enabled it for a support problem please disable it first, so long the case is resolved.
Afterwards you can remove any old logs if not required, be careful to not remove today's logs.
If debug logging is still required and space is being consumed then the log location itself can be moved.
The register is the index for your backups, this can only be moved to another drive. If you do not have enough space on any drives then please contact email@example.com.
To move the register please follow this article.
If you have any issues with these processes or still have space issues please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
