If a portal owner wants to restrict their end users from being able to share data with third parties then they can do so by subscribing the user to a plan that does not allow invitations.
- Log in to the portal as a user with the Read/Write Administrator role
- From the Administration tab, select Provisioning -> Plans from the menus in the left-hand pane
- In the revealed "Plans" right-hand pane select "New Plan" and follow the set-up wizard, ensuring "Allow Invitations" is not selected from the available services
- Then edit the user's "Provisioning" property from the "User" menu, changing the "Subscription Plan" accordingly.
When the user next logs in to the portal the User Interface will not display the "Share by Email" or "Get Public Link" menu bar options.
