The Centrastor virtual portal allows for the creation of "guest" accounts that have restricted functionality. These may be useful for occasions where prolonged access to files and folders is required and sharing links would be too onerous a form of collaboration.
Such accounts do not have permissions to create or manage projects or personal folders and cannot view other users or groups within the portal. [See image 1 below]
Guest accounts are based on membership of the local group "Guests" that is automatically defined in all new portals. So to create a guest account, simply create an account with the End User role as per standard practice then add the account to the Guests group. [See image 2 below]
