By default all virtual portals have read and write logging enabled. This means all reads and writes to cloud drives are recorded and can be used for auditing purposes.
To view such information, using a portal account with an administrator role, select "Logs & Alerts" > "Event Log" from the Menu pane of the Administration tab. The default "System" log is revealed.
Then from the drop-down "Select Topic" menu in the main display pane, choose "Access". A table is revealed that contains detailed information on file access including action, user and target specifics.
Any of the logs available can be exported to a CSV format file for further processing.
