To expedite the creation of multiple user accounts a suitably formatted CSV file can be used as input to an automated process.
- As a user with the Read/Write Administrator role, select the "Users" sub-menu from the "Users" main menu of the Administration tab.
- From the revealed menu bar select the "Input" option.
- From the revealed "Input Users" window select "Upload"
- From the revealed navigation window browse to the appropriate file name and click on the "Open" button
Certain fields are mandatory in the CSV input file, other can be left blank:
Numeric UID [optional]
External Account Id [optional]
The Role field has a particular syntax, for example:
EndUser - regular end user account
ReadWriteAdmin - read/write administration account
