If you've requested a USB snapshot from us then follow the steps below to allow the client to see the data and import it.
- Attach the USB drive to the server directly or via a network share(UNC path).
- Browse to Tools>Snapshot>Import Restore Snapshot
- Then enter the location of the Snapshot restore. You need to point the client to the level of the Dated folder (YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format)
- Click the Ok button and browse to the restore tab. You should see the date appear within that screen and you can then start restoring data.
