How to obtain the group name and account create key
The group name and the account create key for the group can be obtained from the Console, but not from the RedApp. In addition, collections created in the RedApp need to be represented by a GUID instead of a name.
For example, if the customer was added from the RedApp, the group name for the machine you want to reconnect may look like this: Reseller\Customer\Machines\Servers
However, when reconnecting, you need to enter the following instead: [GUID1]\[GUID2]\Machines\Servers
To obtain the group GUID:
1. Open the Console in the Account Management view and locate the relevant group.
2. Right-click the group name and click Copy Group GUID to Clipboard.
To obtain a group's account create key:
1. Open the Console in the Account Management view and locate the relevant group.
2. Right-click the group name and go to Configure. The key will be displayed in the window that opens.
