You may be asked to enable Debug logging for the client to further investigate the issue.
- Stop the Redstor Online Backup Plus service controller
- Navigate to the installation directory
Windows: C:\Program Files\Redstor Online Backup Plus
Mac OSX: /Library/Application Support/Redstor Limited/Redstor Online Backup Plus/
- Open the config.ini file into a word processor
- Add in the line below
- Save your changes
- Restart the Redstor Online Backup Plus service controller
To disable Debug logs simple remove the entry you have made here.
