You can now backup all Microsoft 365 applications (OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams) three times a day at eight-hour intervals. This feature is available to all customers on our new pricing plan.
- Partner administrators for customers on our new pricing plan are now able to view an estimated first charge for a customer upgrading from a trial to a paid edition of Microsoft 365 backup.
- We have made various enhancements to our automated billing process in the RedApp. Read more here. Note that this feature is currently available to new partners, and will be enabled for existing partners (on our new pricing plan) shortly.
