If, for some reason, a backup Snapshot from an ESE Agent cannot be imported on the Storage Platform, the disabled Account can be enabled manually as a workaround.
To enable the Account:
- Open the Storage Platform Console.
- In the Account Management view, nagivate to the relevant Account.
- Right-click the Account name and click Disable.
- Right-click the Account name again and click Enable.
The Account will be enabled.
