If, for some reason, a backup Snapshot from an ESE Backup Client will not be imported on the Storage Platform, as a workaround, the disabled account can be enabled manually.
To enable the Backup Account:
- Open the Storage Platform Console
- In the Account Management view, nagivate to the relevant Backup Account
- Right-click on the account and click Disable
- Right-click on the account again and click Enable
The account will be enabled.
