If, for some reason, a backup Snapshot from an ESE backup client will not be imported on the Storage Platform, the disabled account can be enabled manually as a workaround.
To enable the backup account:
- Open the Storage Platform Management Console.
- In the Account Management view, nagivate to the relevant backup account.
- Right-click the account name and click Disable.
- Right-click the account name again and click Enable.
The account will be enabled.
