If the service fails to start it could be one of the following:
- Service Permissions. If the service cannot access the Attix5 Pro DL or SE folder or contents it can't read or write to the config files.
See Article 418 on how to change the service permissions.
- If all the above options are confirmed and configured correctly, please run the backup in debug mode (Article 117) and send the output to Support for futher assistance.
Also include the backupservice.log file located in the root of the Attix5 Pro DL or SE folder.
